In order to use the machine more safely and efficiently, perform the following checks and primary adjustments before using the machine
(1) Motor drive inspection
After connecting the power supply, please be sure to immediately check the driving direction of the motor. If the driving direction of the motor is different from the direction indicated on the label on the motor housing, the wiring of the motor must be changed immediately (by adjusting the two phases in the motor junction box)
(2) Inspection and adjustment of motor drive belt
Before starting up, please check the tension of the motor drive belt and apply a pressure of 1-1.8kg in the middle of the belt. At this time, the linear deformation of the belt should not exceed 3.5mm. If it is too loose or too tight, it should be adjusted immediately until it meets the requirements The adjustment method is as follows: loosen the fixing screw of the motor base, move the motor outward or inward, adjust the tension to meet the requirements, and then lock the screw
Note: After the initial three days of operation, it should be rechecked, and then checked every three months thereafter
(3) Adjustment of dust blowing system
The fan of the dust blowing system should be adjusted specifically to ensure that it is in the optimal position so that it can blow to every corner of the yarn after being powered on and rotating
(4) Adjustment of yarn transmission system
Fine tuning of A yarn feeding aluminum disc
Adjusting the diameter of the aluminum disc for yarn feeding can fine tune the transmission speed ratio and change the amount of yarn fed. The adjustment method is as follows:
Firstly, use a wrench to loosen the round nut on the top of the aluminum disc for yarn feeding. When the upper cover is rotated in the “+” direction, the 12 sliders inside the aluminum disc will expand outward, increasing the diameter of the wheel body and thus increasing the yarn feeding amount. Conversely, when rotated in the “-” direction, the sliders will retract, the wheel diameter will decrease, and the yarn feeding amount will also decrease During the rotation of the cover, it should be kept parallel to the ground, otherwise the slider may fall out of the groove.? The adjustable diameter range of the yarn feeding aluminum disc is 70mm-200mm. After adjusting the aluminum disc, tighten the round nut again. After fine-tuning the aluminum disc for yarn feeding, adjust the tension of the yarn feeding drive belt accordingly.
Tension adjustment of B yarn transmission belt
If the transmission belt is too loose, the yarn storage device will slip and stop rotating, affecting yarn feeding. Therefore, the following adjustments should be made to the yarn feeding transmission belt before starting up:
Loosen the fixing screw of the roller and pull the roller outward along the sliding rod. At this time, the belt should be evenly stressed on the entire circle of the yarn storage device Tighten the screw.
(5) Inspection of grease lubrication
Check the lubrication condition of various parts such as the transmission system and the fabric rolling system, and replenish grease lubrication every day to avoid wear and tear caused by lack of grease lubrication of the parts.
1. Wearing yarn
(1) Install the tube yarn onto the yarn holder, find the yarn head and thread it through the magnetic eye on the yarn holder
(2) After passing the yarn through two tensioner devices, it is pulled down and threaded into the yarn feeding wheel
(3) During the process of threading, the automatic stop device is used and the magnetic eye of the main body feeding port is introduced. The yarn head is pulled out and guided into the needle hook
(4) Wrap the yarn around the yarn feeding wheel a few times, completing the threading process at the feeding port
(5) Complete the other yarn feeding ports in the order of the above steps
2. Open the cloth
(1) Improved fabric opening method (applicable to single-sided machines)
A Preparation Work
Make active yarn delivery ineffective
Open all closed needle tongues
Remove all loose yarn ends to make the knitting needles completely refreshed
Remove the support frame from the machine
B fabric opening work
Guide the yarn into the needle hook through each feeding port and pull it to the center of the syringe
After each yarn is threaded, integrate all the yarns into a bundle, and under the premise of feeling that the tension of each yarn is uniform, tie the yarn bundle and thread the knot through the winding shaft of the fabric rolling machine, and tie it tightly to the fabric rolling rod
Slowly jog the machine to check if all needle tongues are open and if the yarn feeding is normal. If necessary, use a brush to assist in feeding the yarn
Lower the fabric at low speed, wait for the fabric to be long enough, install the support frame, and evenly thread the fabric through the winding shaft of the fabric rolling machine to lower the fabric quickly
After the machine can weave normally, activate the active yarn feeding device to participate in the yarn supply, and adjust the tension of each yarn evenly with a tensioner It can be woven at high speed
(2) Traditional nesting method (applicable to double-sided machines)
The double-sided machine does not have settling plates, and its weaving and unwinding are all completed by the tension pulling of the winding device Therefore, it cannot be directly threaded and opened And it is necessary to hang a completed piece of fabric on a needle hook, and then roll and pull the fabric before opening, which is called the nesting method The specific operation is as follows:
A Preparation Work
Make active yarn delivery ineffective
Open the tongues of all knitting needles
Remove the loose yarn ends to make the knitting needles completely refreshed
Find a piece of fabric with a similar structure to this machine, preferably with a slightly relaxed structure
B set fabric work
Put the fabric on the outside of the frame, starting from the opposite ends, so that the fabric is evenly distributed around the lower syringe
Gently grip the cloth head with your hand and feed it upwards from the inside of the lower syringe. Use the other hand to hook the yarn needle and pull out the cloth from the gap between the upper needle plate and the lower syringe, and hang it on the needle hook of the lower syringe
Fold back the excess cloth at the hanging point in the opposite direction and press it down on the inside of the syringe
Use a brush to feed the new yarn loop into the needle hook, paying attention to the fact that the needle tongue must be open and flexible at this time, and there should be no yarn adhering to the groove of the knitting needle and unable to lower the fabric
Press the slow button to jog the machine, and use the above method to make other needles eat yarn. Repeat this process, and the previously hanging cloth on the machine will be pulled down
Continue this operation until a new yarn loop appears on the syringe, check if each feeding stutter is normal, and adjust the position of the feeding port appropriately
Thread the previously lightly pulled down cover into the winding shaft of the fabric winding machine, allowing the machine to automatically roll it up. Be careful not to apply too much tension at this time to prevent the new yarn loop from breaking
Adjust the speed to make the machine run at low speed, and pay attention to whether all needle tongues are open
When the machine is capable of normal weaving, adjust the tension of the fabric winding machine and spray a small amount of needle oil on the knitting needles to speed up the operation
Involve the active yarn feeding device
3. Change yarn
(1) Remove the empty spool and tear off the yarn
(2) Take a new spool, check the spool label, and verify if the batch number matches
(3) Place the new yarn tube into the yarn holder and lead out the yarn ends, passing through the yarn guide magnetic eyes on the yarn holder, ensuring smooth yarn output
(4) Knot the new and old yarn ends, and the knot should not be too big
(5) Due to the increased probability of yarn breakage after changing, it is necessary to switch to slow speed operation at this time Observe the weaving situation of the knot to prevent floating cloth. Wait until everything is normal before weaving at high speed
4. Operation
(1) Prepare
A yarn channel inspection
Check if the yarn drum on the yarn rack is properly placed and if the yarn is flowing smoothly
Check if the guide wire magnetic eye is intact
Check if the yarn passes through the tensioner and self stop device normally
Check if the yarn passes through the feeding ring normally and if the feeding port position is correct
B、 Self stop device inspection
Check all self stopping devices and indicator lights, and verify if the probe is functioning properly
C、 Work environment inspection
Check if the machine table, surroundings, and every operating part are clean. If there is any cotton yarn or debris, it must be removed immediately to avoid accidents and malfunctions
D、 Inspection of yarn feeding situation
Slowly jog the machine to check if all the needle tongues are open, if there is an appropriate gap between the feeding port and the knitting needle, and if the feeding condition is good
E、 Check the coiling device
Clean up the debris around the fabric winding machine, check if the machine is running properly, and ensure that each gear of the machine has been properly adjusted
F、 Check safety devices
Check that all safety devices are functioning properly Check that all buttons are functioning properly
(2) Power on
Press the “slow” button to run the machine several times without any abnormalities, then press the “start” button to make the machine run
Adjust the variable speed adjustment knob of the frequency converter to achieve the desired machine operating speed
Connect the power supply of the automatic parking device
Turn on the lighting on the top panel to monitor the weaving of the fabric
(3) Monitoring
Always lower your head and inspect the fabric underneath the machine, paying attention to any defects or other abnormal phenomena
Every few minutes, touch the fabric surface with your hand in the direction of the machine’s operation to feel whether the tension of the woven fabric winding meets the requirements and whether the winding speed at both ends of the winding shaft is consistent
Clean the oil and cotton stains on the transmission system, machine surface, and surroundings at all times to maintain a clean and safe working environment
At the beginning of weaving, a small piece of the fabric edge should be cut for light transmission inspection to observe whether there are defects on both sides of the woven fabric
(4) Shutdown
Press the ‘stop’ button, and the machine will stop within 0.5 seconds
For long-term shutdown, all switches should be turned off and the power should be cut off Clean the machine surface and take preventive measures.
(5) Falling cloth
After the predetermined number of woven fabrics (such as machine speed, weight, or size) is completed, marking yarns (i.e. yarns of different colors or qualities) should be replaced at one of the feeding ports Weave about 10 more laps
Connect the marking yarn back to the original yarn and reset the counter to zero
When the fabric segment with marked yarn reaches between the winding shaft and the rolling rod, stop the machine
Open the safety net door and cut the woven fabric from the middle of the marked yarn section
Grasp both ends of the fabric roller tightly with both hands, take out the fabric roller, place it on the fabric pushing cart, and remove the fabric roller to reinstall it on the fabric rolling machine During this operation, be careful not to collide with the machine or the ground
Thoroughly inspect and record the weaving situation of the existing inner and outer layers of the hanging cloth on the machine. If there are no abnormalities, roll it up with a cloth roller, close the safety net door, check that the machine’s safety system is not malfunctioning, and then turn it on for operation
5. Weaving needles for exchange
(1) Determine the location of the damaged needle based on the fabric surface, and manually or slowly jog to rotate the damaged needle to the needle door position
(2) Loosen the locking screw of the needle door block and remove the needle door block
(3) Push the broken needle up about 2 centimeters, use your index finger to push the needle rod backwards, so that the lower end of the needle body tilts outward and exposes the needle groove. Pinch the needle body and pull it downwards to remove the broken needle. Use the broken needle rod to clean the dirt in the needle groove
(4) Insert a good needle of the same specification as the bad needle into the needle slot, pass it through the needle spring, reach the correct position, install the needle door block and lock it
(5) Start the machine to feed the new needle with yarn, observe the movement of the new needle (whether the needle tongue is open and the movement is flexible), confirm that there are no abnormalities, and then turn on the machine for operation
