Oil Quantity Adjustment Specifications under Normal Operating Conditions 1. Basic pressure standard adjustment (1.5 kilograms of air pressure) : Precisely adjust the pressure regulating valve until the air pressure gauge shows 1.5 kilograms. At this point, tighten the oil adjustment screw to the maximum stroke. It is necessary to ensure that the oil in the oil sight glass and the oil pipe drip evenly, with a stable rate of 30 drops per minute. At the same time, check the 16 fuel injectors on the fuel distribution tray. Ensure that the fuel injection dosage of each injector is exactly the same, without any over-injection or under-injection. 2. Limit looseness verification (1.5 kilograms of air pressure) : Keep the air pressure at 1.5 kilograms constant, turn the oil adjustment screw to the lootest state. The oil pipe in the oil sight glass should stop dripping oil, and the connection of the oil adjustment screw should be well sealed without any air leakage. The oil nozzle of the oil distribution pan is only allowed to spray air. Oil leakage is strictly prohibited to ensure the reliability of the oil circuit closure. 3. High-pressure working condition commissioning (1.5-2.5 kilograms of air pressure) : Adjust the pressure regulating valve to the 1.5-2.5 kilograms of air pressure range. After tightening the oil adjusting screw, the oil pipe inside the oil sight glass should present a continuous and uniform oil flow state, without any interruption or pulse oil supply issues. The oil injection intensity of the oil nozzle in the oil distribution pan should increase synchronously with the rise of air pressure, and the injection Angle should be stable, with the coverage area meeting the lubrication requirements of the equipment. Ii. Key Points of Core Technical Debugging: Interlinked control of air pressure and oil volume: Before debugging, it is necessary to confirm that the air source pressure is stable to avoid distortion in oil volume detection due to air pressure fluctuations. It is recommended to install a pressure stabilizing device after the pressure regulating valve to ensure that the air pressure deviation does not exceed ±0.1 kilograms during the debugging process. Sealing performance verification: Throughout the process of adjusting the oil screw, the condition of the sealing parts should be checked. If there is air leakage or oil seepage, the sealing ring should be replaced in time to prevent air pressure loss from affecting the accuracy of oil volume adjustment. Uniformity calibration: Each nozzle in the oil distribution tray should be inspected one by one. The oil injection volume of each nozzle can be tested by adsorption with test paper. For nozzles with large deviations, they should be unblocked or replaced to ensure balanced oil supply at all lubrication points of the knitting machine.
