Technical requirements for the production of large circular knitting machines and spray oilling machines: Standard parts processing technology. The cutting processing of metal parts should ensure dimensional tolerance and surface roughness. The surface roughness Ra of the pump body cavity should not exceed 1.6μm, and the accuracy of the threaded connection parts should meet the design requirements. The welding process of welded parts (such as installation brackets) should be standardized, with smooth weld seams, no false welds, slag inclusions, pores or other defects. Stress relief treatment should be carried out after welding. The plastic parts are formed by injection molding process. After molding, deburring treatment is carried out, and the dimensional deviation is no more than ±0.2mm. The spray holes of the nozzle are processed with high precision, and the deviation of the hole diameter is no more than ±0.01mm, ensuring uniform spray particles. The assembly process requirements for the circular knitting machine and the spray oiling machine are as follows: The assembly environment temperature should be controlled between 15℃ and 30℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 65%, the workshop should be clean and free of dust, and dedicated tooling fixtures and measurement and testing equipment should be provided. Before assembly, the components need to be cleaned and dried to remove surface oil stains, iron filings and impurities. Mechanical assembly is strictly carried out in accordance with the process documents. The coaxiality deviation between the pump body and the motor is no more than 0.05mm. The rotating parts operate flexibly without jamming, and the axial movement is no more than 0.1mm. The oil pipe connection is firm and sealed. The joint is locked with standard fasteners. The pressure resistance test pressure is 1.5 times the rated working pressure, and there is no leakage after maintaining the pressure for 5 minutes. Electrical assembly follows the electrical schematic diagram. The wiring harnesses are neatly arranged, covered with insulating protective sleeves, and the terminal blocks are firmly crimped. The grounding resistance is no more than 4Ω, and the insulation resistance is no less than 2MΩ. After the entire machine is assembled, the appearance is finished. The surface coating is uniform, the color is consistent, and there are no defects such as sagging, exposed base, or scratches. After the finished product assembly is completed, A no-load trial run shall be conducted for no less than 30 minutes. The motor temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃, and the noise sound pressure level shall not be greater than 75dB(A) (determined in accordance with GB/T 3768). Conduct spray performance debugging. Under the rated working pressure, the spray particle size should be controlled within 50μm-100μm, with uniform spray coverage, no local liquid accumulation or omission, and the oil injection volume error should not exceed ±5%. Debug the control system. The timing function error should not exceed ±1 second. The fault alarm function should be sensitive and reliable. When simulating faults such as nozzle blockage and oil pipe leakage, the equipment should be able to alarm and shut down in a timely manner. The performance requirements for the finished product: The rated working pressure range is 0.2MPa-0.6MPa, allowing for stable and continuous operation. The spray volume adjustment range is 0.5mL/min-5mL/min. It is compatible with the operating speed of the circular knitting machine ranging from 5r/min to 30r/min, and can achieve interlocking control with the main machine to meet the lubrication requirements of different fabric production. The reliability requirement is that the entire machine should operate continuously without failure for no less than 200 hours and the cumulative operation time should be no less than 5,000 hours before major overhauls can be carried out. The service life of the vulnerable parts (sealing rings, nozzles) is no less than 1000 hours, and they are easy and quick to replace.
