Technical specification for use of knitting big round machine spray fuel dispenser
The spray oiling machine of the knitting machine is the core supporting device for equipment lubrication. The lubricating oil is accurately delivered to the key moving parts such as the knitting needle, triangular track, and needle cylinder through atomization spraying, so as to achieve the goal of uniform lubrication, reduce friction loss, and reduce the risk of fabric oil contamination. Its standardized use directly affects the stability of equipment operation and fabric quality.
1、 Core working principle of spray fuel dispenser
The spray fuel dispenser fully mixes the liquid special lubricating oil and compressed air through the pneumatic atomization technology to form micron oil mist particles, which are sprayed to the equipment lubrication point directionally through the precise nozzle. Compared to traditional drip lubrication, oil mist can cover the surface of components more evenly, forming a thin and dense oil film, which not only meets lubrication needs but also avoids excessive dripping of lubricating oil causing fabric pollution, while improving the utilization rate of lubricating oil.
2、 Standardize the usage and operation steps
1. Preparation before startup
-Oil selection: Special lubricating oil for knitting circular knitting machines must be used. According to the equipment model, weaving fabric material, and ambient temperature, oil with suitable viscosity should be selected (high viscosity oil should be selected in high temperature seasons, low viscosity oil should be selected in low temperature seasons). It is strictly prohibited to use inferior engine oil or mix different types of oil.
-Oil filling: Open the fuel tank cap and add lubricating oil to 2/3 of the oil level mark to avoid overfilling causing high oil mist concentration or insufficient oil volume leading to poor atomization.
-Air source inspection: Connect dry and clean compressed air and adjust the air pressure to 0.3-0.5MPa (refer to the equipment manual for specific parameters). Excessive air pressure can easily cause oil mist to spread and contaminate the fabric, while low air pressure cannot form a uniform oil mist.
-Nozzle calibration: Check if the nozzle is aligned with lubrication points such as needle heels and triangular tracks, adjust the nozzle angle and spraying distance, and ensure that the oil mist accurately covers the target area without deviation or omission.
2. Setting of operating parameters
-Spray frequency adjustment: set the spray interval according to the weaving speed of the equipment and the fabric type. Under normal working conditions, set the single side big round machine as one 5-10 minute spray, and set the double side big round machine, jacquard machine and other complex models as one 3-5 minute spray, and control the spray duration at 2-3 seconds each time to avoid oil accumulation caused by frequent spray.
-Oil mist concentration control: By adjusting the oil volume control valve and air pressure valve, the oil mist concentration is controlled. When weaving lightweight fabrics, adjust to low concentration oil mist to reduce oil pollution hazards; When weaving heavy fabrics or at high speeds, increase the concentration appropriately to ensure sufficient lubrication.
-Linkage commissioning: set the spray dispenser and the main engine of the large circle machine to realize automatic spray when starting and automatic stop when stopping, so as to avoid invalid spray when the equipment is empty.
3. Running process monitoring
-Start up and run for 5-10 minutes, observe the oil film coverage at the lubrication point, and ensure that there is no dry noise or oil mist spreading to the fabric area.
-Conduct 2-3 inspections per shift to check the oil level, air pressure, and nozzle blockage of the fuel tank. If the oil level is too low, replenish it in a timely manner. If the nozzle is blocked, use specialized tools to clean it. It is forbidden to poke the nozzle with sharp objects.
4. Maintenance after shutdown
-After turning off the main engine of the big round machine, continue to let the spray oiler run for 1-2 spray cycles, finish lubricating the parts, and then turn off the air source and power supply.
-Wipe off the oil stains on the nozzle and equipment surface, clean the impurities on the fuel tank filter, and keep the equipment clean.
3、 Common troubleshooting and solutions
Possible causes and solutions for the fault phenomenon
Oil mist cannot form due to insufficient air pressure/low oil level in the tank/nozzle blockage. Adjust the air pressure to the standard range; Add lubricating oil to the mark; Disassemble the nozzle to clean impurities
Excessive oil mist, fabric stained with oil, oil level regulating valve too high/air pressure too high/nozzle angle deviation. Adjust the oil level regulating valve accordingly; Reduce the pressure of the gas source; Re calibrate the nozzle angle and avoid the fabric area
The lubrication point is dry, the equipment makes abnormal noise, the spray frequency is too low/the oil mist concentration is insufficient/the nozzle is blocked, and the spray interval is shortened; Increase the concentration of oil mist; Clean the nozzle and check if the oil circuit is unobstructed
Frequent shutdown of fuel dispenser due to poor power contact/unstable air pressure/oil level sensor malfunction. Check the power supply circuit; Stable gas source pressure; Calibrate or replace the oil level sensor
4、 Daily maintenance and key points of maintenance
1. Weekly maintenance: Disassemble the nozzle and oil circuit, clean them with specialized cleaning agents, and clear blocked oil passages; Check if the sealing ring is aging and replace it in a timely manner to prevent air and oil leakage.
2. Monthly maintenance: Drain the remaining lubricating oil from the oil tank and clean the impurities inside the tank; Replace the fuel tank filter to ensure that the oil is clean; Check the sealing of pneumatic components and add specialized pneumatic lubricating oil.
3. Quarterly maintenance: conduct comprehensive inspection on the motor and solenoid valve of the fuel dispenser, and calibrate the spray frequency and duration parameters; Check whether the pipeline is aging and cracking, and replace the damaged pipeline.
4. Long term shutdown maintenance: Drain all lubricating oil from the oil tank, clean the oil tank and pipelines; Spray rust inhibitor on nozzles and metal parts; Cover the equipment and place it in a dry and ventilated environment
