Part One: Debugging of the Single-sided Machine 1. Adjustment of the settling plate triangle (1) The adjustment standard for the settling plate triangle is: to make the concave position of the settling plate for pressing yarn form a 90-degree Angle with the raised knitting needle. Leave 0 at the corner between the concave position and the knitting needle. 5mm gap. (2) Attach the dial indicator to the inner side of the syringe, with the indicator head pointing towards the highest point of the protrusion of the sedimentation plate. (3) Loosen the screws of the settlement plate triangle seat, push the screws forward or backward (this will indirectly drive the settlement plate triangle to move forward or backward), check the position of the settlement plate with a dial indicator, and tighten the screws. (4) Operate in this way, jog the syringe to rotate, and check and adjust the position of each triangle. 2. Adjustment of the triangular arrangement of the settling plates: When changing the yarn or the weaving structure, the arrangement of the settling plates should be adjusted. The specific method is as follows: (1) Loosen all the connecting screws between the upper plate feet and the upper plate (a total of 6 screws). (2) Adjust the upper plate in the direction of machine rotation, which is called deceleration arrangement adjustment. Conversely, it is an adjustment in the ranking of growth rates. (3) Adjust the two adjusting screws on both sides of the upper plate standing feet to make the speed increase and deceleration sequence adjustment of the settlement plate triangle. (4) Tighten the connecting screws. (5) During the above operation, do not loosen the eccentric positioning wheel on the upper plate. 3. Adjustment of the lower loop knitting needle triangle: Uniform yarn feeding tension is an important guarantee for high-quality woven fabrics. Fine-tuning the height position of the knitting needle triangle can achieve uniform yarn feeding tension. The method is as follows: (1) Use a yarn tensioner to measure the tension of each yarn. (2) Use a hex wrench to turn the scale on the lower circle triangular seat. Rotate the triangle clockwise to move it down. Conversely, the triangle moves upward. (3) Operate in this way, check and adjust the tension of each yarn to make the tension of the yarns consistent. 4. The single-sided machine’s center weight adjustment device is simple and flexible to operate, allowing for quick, convenient and accurate adjustment of the weight of woven fabrics. The specific operation instructions are as follows: Use an Allen wrench to rotate the adjustment gear inside the lifting indicator ring on the machine surface, causing the lower triangular seat to rise and fall along with the lifting ring, thereby adjusting the density of the woven fabric and achieving the purpose of adjusting the gram weight. When the triangular seat is lowered along with the lifting ring, the lower triangle of the loop is lowered accordingly, the woven fabric loop is stretched, the weaving density becomes sparse, and the unit unit weight per gram decreases. When the lifting ring rises, the lower loop triangle also rises, the coil shortens, the weaving density becomes denser, and the unit unit weight per gram increases. At the same time, it should be noted that when changing the weaving density, that is, adjusting the length of the coil, the tension of the incoming line must be adjusted. When weaving sparse fabric, the tension of the incoming thread should be increased to approximately 4 to 5gm. Conversely, it is approximately reduced to 2-3 gm. Part Two: Debugging of the Double-sided Machine 1. Adjustment of the roundness of the upper needle disk and the lower needle cylinder (1) Loosen the locking screws of the lower needle cylinder and the lifting ring of the machine, use a dial indicator to adjust the concentricity of the lower needle cylinder to the large disk, and adjust and lock the eccentric positioning wheel. Lock the screw. (2) Loosen all the connecting screws between the upper feet and the large tripod. (3) Attach the dial indicator to the upper surface of the upper needle disk, with the indicator head pointing towards the outer diameter of the lower syringe. Jog the machine and adjust the screws on the three upper foot adjustment blocks to ensure that the reading of the dial indicator does not exceed 0. 05mm. (4) Tighten the connecting screws of the large tripod. At this point, if you jog the machine again, the reading change of the dial indicator should still remain at 0. Within 0.5mm; otherwise, loosen the connecting screws and repeatedly adjust according to the above operation until the dial indicator reading reaches the required range after the screws are tightened. 2. Adjustment of the flatness of the upper needle disc and the lower needle cylinder (1) Adjust the clearance between the upper gear and the large gear in the main drive. (2) Insert the dial indicator onto the lower syringe and press the dial head onto the surface of the upper needle disc. (3) Jog the machine briefly and observe the reading on the dial indicator. If the reading is greater than 0. If the diameter is 05mm, the connecting screws of the large cauldron need to be loosened, the six slotting screws should be turned, the corresponding thickness of the gasket should be inserted, the slotting screws should be loosened, and the connecting screws should be tightened. Repeat this operation until the dial indicator reading is 0. Within 05mm range. 3. The alignment of stitches between the upper needle reel and the lower syringe: On double-sided machines, the arrangement of stitches between the upper needle reel and the lower syringe can be either interlocking (for the stitches) or ribbing (for the teeth). Therefore, the alignment of stitches between the upper needle reel and the lower syringe must be adjusted as follows: Adjust the four adjusting screws on the upper gear of the main drive to rotate the large ding gear by an Angle. Observe the changes in the upper needle disc and the lower needle cylinder until the required needle arrangement position is reached. 4. Adjustment of the height of the upper needle disc: The thickness of the woven fabric is determined by the gap between the upper needle disc and the lower syringe. After the needle closing triangle at each yarn feeding port has been adjusted to the same height and the coils are of the same length, the upper needle reel is raised, the fabric will become thinner and the weight will be lighter. Conversely, the fabric becomes thicker and the stacking weight increases. The adjustment method is as follows: Loosen the three set screws of Zhongren, rotate and adjust the prime gear, and the upper needle plate will rise and fall accordingly. After the adjustment is completed, tighten the set screws. Note: The upper needle reel should not be set too low to avoid damaging the knitting needles. When lowering the upper needle disc, the position of the upper needle disc should first be adjusted lower than the required height, and then raised back to the required height. This is to eliminate the internal thread clearance and prevent the upper needle disc from suddenly falling due to the clearance when the machine is running, causing unnecessary damage. 5. Adjustment of the time difference between the upper and lower loop triangles: The appropriate time difference is related to the positions of the upper and lower loop triangles for needle insertion and retraction. The accuracy of this position must be based on different machines and different woven materials as reference quantities. The adjustment method is as follows: Loosen the three set screws on the upper plate, adjust the two screws on both sides of the triangular fixing seat. The triangular seat on the upper plate will rotate. After adjustment, lock the three set screws. 6. Uniform yarn feeding tension is an important guarantee for high-quality woven fabrics. By fine-tuning the positions of the upper and lower knitting needle triangles, a uniform yarn feeding tension can be achieved. The method is as follows: (1) Use a yarn tensioner to measure the tension of each yarn. (2) Use a hexagonal wrench to turn the scale on the lower or upper disk triangular seat to move the triangle. Repeat this operation, check and adjust the tension of each yarn to make the tension of the yarns consistent. 7. To adjust the closing point of the lower loop knitting needle, loosen the connecting screws of the triangular seat and the lifting ring, rotate the sewing screw to lift the entire lifting ring, and evenly place the required thickness of gasket at each connecting screw. By doing so, the closing point will be raised and the woven fabric will be thicker. When it is necessary to thin the fabric, remove the gasket again.
